I had a good run in with Palmetto State Armory's Customer Service this morning. Unfortunately, the AR lower parts kit that I ordered was missing the bolt catch.
I called them up this morning, a live person answered the phone, listened to the problem, apologized and said he would send one out in the mail pronto. No mess, no questions just a quick fix to an honest mistake.
Now if I could only decide on an upper....
