The lid on my RCBS case media separator developed a crack so I contacted RCBS via e-mail to get a replacement. Got a response the next day asking for my name and address, said they would take care of it. Got a box in the mail today and when I opened it was a new case separator complete. All I requested was a new lid but RCBS sent me a whole new separator.This is the second time I have contacted RCBS customer service and both times they went above and beyond.
