    Placed the order on Friday evening, and spoke with the owner about getting it shipped immediately. Needed the parts for an event this weekend. Paid expedited shipping fees, and was guaranteed to get the order shipped on Monday.

    Got shipping confirmation today, and after contacting him again, was told that the package wasn't shipped until this morning. Owner's word and guarentee meant nothing.

    Wont be doing any more business with them. Bought from them specifically because they are a veteran owned company.

    As luck would have it, I was ready to place an order with them.

    I've sent an email directing them to this thread, and informing them that I wouldn't be conducting business with them.

    It's never about the money. Ill drop $50 to get what I need when. If I don't get it, it's not about being out $50 at all.

    Agreed, but its about paying the expedited fees and not receiving the expedited service. At the very least, that part of the purchase should be refunded.
