Picked up an IWB holster w/clip for my .45 XDM 3.8". Communication from THC was great and the holster has nice quality. Fit for my XDM is good. A slight shake while holding upside down will disengage the gun, but the holster holds it in firmly when compressed in the waistband. I won't comment on comfort as that will vary per the user.

Bought a lightly used gun belt off a fellow INGO member a few months back. I carry a full size glock everyday. The belts holding up great. Its comfortable, great quality and looks like it will last for many years to come. I'm very happy and would recommended their belts.
