I have a YHM Eotech Riser Mount and I stripped a screw (my fault). I tried Home Depot and a local hardware store but couldn't find the same screw locally. I emailed YHM telling them I stripped a screw and where could I buy one. Got a reply saying these things happen and just send them my address for a replacement.
Wouldn't hesitate to order anything YHM just from this one instance of customer service.
