I've been trying to contact them for weeks via multiple submissions on their website, sending four emails to their office and leaving three voicemails with their sales department. The voicemails of both their service and parts departments are full and not accepting messages.
They absolutely refuse to respond. No idea what's going on with them, but that's garbage customer service. Absolute -1 for their customer support.
Going to look for other manufacturers at this point. It's a shame, they were supposed to be one of the best.
