10 22 Drum Mags, Anyone have one?

I thinking of getting one, is there a better brand? Do you have to shoot premium ammo?

I have had 2 of the Blackdogs and never could get them to run in any of my 10/22's. Promags are even bigger junk.

I had one for 10/22 ran great I now have one for MP 15 22 works great

I know of no other drums available.

As far as the Blackdogs go I am glad that you guys seem to have gotten good ones. I bought the first one and it didn't work so the company tested another one and sent it to me. It wouldn't work either.

Now when I say it wouldn't work, I mean I couldn't get it to cycle through and entire mag without jamming up. And I have 20 10/22's to choose from. I tried it in 6 or 7 and gave up.

I know only use the Ruger BX-25's and have never had an issue.

I've been researching these and haven't found one yet with good reviews. Think I'm just going to stick with the Ruger BX-25 mags also.

+1 to ProMags being junk!!!

If I were you I would stick with the Ruger BX25 magazines. I think they are the best extended mags for the 10/22.

Best drum I've found for the 10/22 is the factory 10 round one that comes with the rifle. Everything else has been less than desirable.
