Hello I am new to this forum but not to shooting and I was wondering what is the best lower priced 10/22 bull barrel/stock combo out.

p.s. $250 is about the max i would want to spend on the two.

The Green Mountain barrels can run about $130 or so and 120ish isn't out of the realm of possibility for a used 10/22.

Im not so worried about the action I was looking just for a good bull barrel/ stock

Watch ebay for a stock. They pop up from time to time pretty cheap. The barrel is another story. What length barrel and brand are you looking for?

im not sure about the brand. thats what i was asking but i was thinking about a 16-20 inch barrel

Ruger factory

Ruger makes a factory Bull barrel that is 161/8 long. You can usually get one from a company called Shooter's discount. They are good peopale and stock a lot of parts for the Ruger

I just bought one of these barrels. Ruger 10/22 Match Barrels at AR-7 Customized Accessories, LLC I haven't shot it yet but others said they shoot fine, for the price it looks like a great deal. Here is a pict of my 20" stainless ported barrel for $60 plus shipping. As far as stocks go you can sand the barrel channel to accept the bull which is what I am going to do.
