That was with Ohio tax no shipping since we picked it up at the store.

You can save some by taking the chance on the water damaged cans at PSA. Personally, I don't think it would be that much of a risk since they are relatively sealed cans. Regardless, aimsurplus is cheaper than what you're quoting.

Their shipping isn't bad either. Usually $20 or so covers most things purchased there and it's really fast too.
