Meh, the world not just Indiana. This is just the latest notably horrible example in the US. But CA is a place where this sort of thing will be considered a lifestyle (especially if certain liberties were taken).

And you probably didn't need to get a license and government approval to do that...I'd wager those 'parents' (tormenters) had drivers licenses and were possibly legal gun owners (or could have been). Maybe if those requirements were reversed it would be better for humanity.
