This was bought brand new in april this year I have a clean and clear title for it and it is very cheap on gas. It is a roketa Kait 150 cc it will run between 50 and 70 mph depending on the size of the person. It gets about 80-90 mpg and 4 bucks fills it up. This does need to be plated and full coverage insurance runs about 99 a year. I am asking 1000 OBO and am open to trades. Thanks
