Whereas last time I went with a list of specific items (mostly reloading), this time is more general looking around. I want to visit INGO booth and visit for a few minutes :): Perhaps a sighting scope (good thread on here about quality and price), some more primers (WSP, WLP), 9mm brass and bullets. I need to take inventory before the show. Anyone else have specific items? Or is the opening of the Cabela's in Noblesville taking up the budget?

magazines for a smith 422, a couple of very sharp pocket knives from the fella in the back corner, sore feet, perhaps some bullets...

and an undying appreciation for the awesomeness of these united states of America. or failing that, some beef jerky. :tumbleweed:

This might be the first 1500 I end up going to. How is the reloading selection? I'm in need of rifle powder and hoping not to break the bank. I've been able to find BLC-2, H335, and 8208 XBR all for around $145 per 8 lbs but that's online so add shipping, hazmat, insurance.

I find that I see better deals if I go in with a long list of stuff I'm interested in. When I go looking for a specific item it's either not there or too expensive.

By being open to a variety of things you can score something good when you see it.

Al though I do need a GI sling for my 10/22. And a new gun belt.

nly going if Someone like Clay is willing to drive. I know he is a busy man with work and family so... :)

Also I don't really think I have much to want anymore. I can only shoot them one at a time...

This will be my first time. I will probably look at magazines for a 22/45 and possibly check prices on a 22LR dedicated AR upper. If it is like other gun shows then I will probably end up with some raffle tickets for some drawing and some jerky to eat.

I see a lot more 1lb containers at the 1500 than 8lb. I've never seen 8208 xbr in 8lb, though I don't doubt it exists. That's really good powder, btw. I'd you find the powder you're looking for, and you most likely will, it's hit and miss on getting a good price. I know of a couple of people there who act like they've got the last pound of your powder, and they're doing you a favor to sell it for $39. Yeah, I saw RE-15 last time I was there for $39.99. But there are others who have pretty fair prices.

Wouldn't mind finding a Ruger 10/22 Takedown at a good price...especially the black synthetic model.

    .
Possibly a 10/22 with threaded barrel or just a 10/22 threaded barrel for the gun I have. It depends on what I find.

I need a flat top AR upper. I spent a few hours looking last time and there were too many options.....

For sure the Sriracha sausage is a must.

Not intending to spoil your Gun Show experience, but INGO Advertiser Damage Industries is having a can't beat it sale on what you're looking for...
Upper Receiver, Stripped, 1913 Rail Top, USGI M4 | Damage Industries

AND, if what they're shipping is the same as the pic, Cerro Forge is top quality (look for the keyhole mark).

If I go (haven't decided yet) it will probably be for reloading stuff. I want to get some IMR 4895, and possibly some 6.5 mm, .311 and .330 boolits.

I may have to give them a few of my dollars in the VERY near future. That's pretty sweet.

As for the 1500, reloading supplies and MAYBE some discounted AR tools. I've got an AR lower that needs built and I'll be acquiring an upper soon.
