170gr .40?

I probably should have asked this before I ordered, but.... I'm familiar with 180gr and 165gr, but what the heck is 170 grain for?

Im sure it wont be a problem, just curious.

It's just an intermediate load weight.

The common weights are 155gn, 165gn, 180gn, and *yikes* 200gn loads for the 40S&W. But there are also 170gn and 185gn (lead) too.

I figured. Just wasnt sure if it was for some special purpose like suppression or something random.
