MIAMI BEACH has HIP-HOP WEEKEND, Now it's called URBAN WEEKEND, and evey year hundreds get arrested & this year police killed one guy. This has been going for years, it'll bring plenty of money to the city

Last year was the year a couple younger males shot a few people (can't remember how many?) in a large crowd if I remember correctly.

It sounds like a place I would avoid if I had a choice based on the previous incidents.
