And still not showing a lick of wear on that finish. I know you carry this, and it still looks fantastic.

The only wear I can find is just a little bit on on the muzzle area of the gun, I am assuming holster wear though it is still not even close to breaking through the black finish it is just ever so slightly discolored. The VBOB was my carry today after this photo is went back into my shoulder rig.

    Very nice DW!

    Thanks!!
    Thunderous Applause for Dean!!! :rockwoot:

    Dan Wesson VBob!!!

    Is that the VBob COMMANDER?

Yes the VBOB is Dan Wessons Bobtailed Commander 1911, they used an actual Ed Brown bobtail mainspring housing instead of a "Roundbut" like Kimber and Smith and Wesson use.

Also since this is still a picture thread

Just got it. Would like it cerakoted and possibly Wilson internals later. Good shooter

Nice! I don't think I've seen grips like that before. I went with Wilson Combat BP on my Delta Elite and then with the EGW kit on a Springer. Going forward, I'll stick with EGW. If you do go with the Wilson parts, make sure they are the BulletProof line. The other WC internals are not too much of an improvement.
