Eventually either a DW Heritage or DW Specialist. Don't have the money for either now, or any time soon, but those are the 1911's on my wish list.

Have 2 the 1911 Extreme in 45acp shoots like a dream.
and my new addition:
sig 1911 ultra compact. very nice. 3.3 inch barrel.
Can't go wrong with a sig!

I've never had anything custom made, just stuff "off the rack". But my wife asks me that same question. I think that double oven she's been drooling over is next.

Actually I have 3 of his. 2 he built for me to my spec and 1 I just had to have. All 3 are 10mm.

This is the Bobtail I bought from him last year....The barrel was not ported and it was another color when I got it. Then, we got all silly.

This is it's big brother and the reason for the color and porting.

Recently aquired Dan Wesson Bruin 10mm. Done a bit of chrono work and found a nice load of Accurate No. 9 at 15gr and a Speer 155gr TMJ. Accurate as all get out and moving at an average of 1,393 fps. ES at 31 and SD at 9.
