Have for sale an 85 Honda Shadow with approx 38k miles on it. New tires, brakes, looked at and changed, and carb rebuilt this May. Water pump more than likely went out on me. A few drops of coolant coming from water pump housing which according to most forums on shadows and those covering 85's indicates blown pump. This was back in July causing the rings to burn up. Bike will start but makes a slapping noise. I only rode approximately 300 miles this year on the bike before tragedy hit, so the tires and the rest done in May are still relatively new. Other than that a nice looking bike no major dings or scratches. The battery cover panel is missing, the behind the sissy bar tool pouch holder came off two yrs ago there is a bolt that broke off and needs to be drilled out. A reflector on by the license plate holder is snapped off, and several of the signal stalks are taped. Other than that clean title so come take a look may work out for a good bobber project, or fix her up and resell.
