Really all this needs to get back on the road is brake pads ($60) and a new starter ($150)... The rest can be done bit by bit... I just really dont want to have to do the work... BUT if I end up buying the parts and doing the work its a $3500 truck!

$1800 cash or trade combos, then a couple hundred bucks in parts gets you a fun snow vehicle! If the wife would let me and we had room for a third vehicle I'd fix it up and keep it! But I needed a 4door for the kids and found a deal on an Avalanche!
