I bought this compact tractor from my neighbor in October of 2012 as he was moving to Florida, he stored it in his heated shed. We mowed with it at our farmstead all last year. We store inside also.
We have another small loader tractor for loader chores, and another mower kept at the other farm, my intention is to trailer that one to mow both places and downsize some.
Tractor has 805 hours. 29HP Diesel. 3 speed transmission with hydrostatic drive. Cruise control. 4WD. Turf tires (excellent tread) 3pt hitch. Rear 540 PTO. Mid PTO. Case IH 916 REAR discharge 72" belly mower. Woods brand quick attach loader.
No dents or damage in anyway. Ran perfectly for last 1.5 years. Will make someone a very nice outfit.
