2004 Ford Explorer Mechanics Special SOLD

Dropping asking price from 1200 down to $800 to try to move it.
I have a 2004 Explorer with a 4.0 V6 Flex fuel engine, 147000 miles. The transmission has started to slip between 1-2 and 4-5 but currently it is drive-able.
It has tires with <10,000 miles
Brakes and rotors with <10,000 miles
Engine runs well, and the AC is cold.
I have a new car and do not need this anymore. Rather than fix the transmission and try to make a profit, I am hoping someone can use this either as a fixer upper, or a parts car with another Explorer.
I will consider all trades but I do have to get the wife to approve
