I have a like new Fleetwood pace arrow motor home has 3400 miles on it. Ultimate recreational vehicle comes with a ton of extras as well including a car dolly and camping gear. Ready to go. Asking 72000...maybe a little negotiable. Located in Richmond has been stored inside since purchased. This thing is loaded and fully equipped.

It is gas...and has awning in fact if it too windy the awning automatically retract itself...
