2014 Shot gun buck

Here's my shot gun buck I got a week and half ago. Its a 10pt. It came in chasing 3 does, he ran them out into the clear cut and was trying to keep them circled. I got a 75 or so yard shot on him with my 20ga slug gun.
I got him in eastern vigo couty on private property.

I got a 8 point yesterday, dressed in at 148 lbs. Shot it with a 12 ga. slug. from a smooth barrel modified choke.

Nice bucks guys, congrats to both of you.

Thanksgiving morning.
Walked out to the shooting bench.
Set two sandbags out.
Laid the 20ga on the bags.
Turned the doe bleat can over twice and grunted 5 times.
This little 8 walked out of the pines at 105 yds at a steady walk.
He wouldn't stop so I put the crosshairs right in front at the base of his neck.
Slug entered behind the left shoulder and lodged under the skin in the neck on the far side.
Dropped in his tracks. 2 3/4" Remington buckhammer slugs. Done by 10 am. Just in time to help Momma make pecan pie.
