I'm really looking forward to this match.
I actually have been dryfiring! (not that I have expectations of a decent performance... one week can't overcome 3 years of laziness)
I actually cleaned my gun and made a couple tweaks.
I actually plan to get the gun dirty again with some live fire before I get to the match.
I actually case gauged 1k rounds of ammo for the match and practice leading up to it.

This is the first 400 I haven't worked. Work schedule was too up in the air this year. It's always a good time and a great match to work. This shooter wants to thanks all the hardworking staff ahead of time... Jake, Tom, whoever may be doing stats, the ROs, and the setup crew, and everyone else working off your butt to make it happen. Have fun and be safe! Oh, and... Thanks!

Stages are set, targets are hung
Staff meets at 7:45am and then we start banging away about 8:30am


Registration for weekend competitors starts around 2:00.

Several people took pretty much a week out of their lives to Volunteer to set in the hot sun. Others did much more than that. No reward or compensation. They dealt with bad attitudes. They dealt with repeated dumb questions ( some by me ) They dealt with keeping everyone safe. Early mornings. Late nights.

Thank you for all you do. Each and everyone.
