In our area there was more than ample warning and time to have moved them, makes me wonder why.

ya I dont get that either. I’ll be d%$#ed if I let my vehicles sit through that as you can see from my pictures lol. Only problem in our case we didn’t really know how high to go in the valley because we’ve never had it get that high before. Last time it was that high was 97 I think we moved in in 98 or 99.

Indiucky, that's dad's old 67 yall used to ride around in. He was gonna let the flood take it. Not on my watch.

Wow.....I loved that jeep....Not as bright red as I remember :):....Man that pic makes me feel OLD!!! I believe that's the old man behind the wheel......

Did I ever tell you how cool your dad and I were in our 20's???? We were very, very, very cool...

    And humble...:)

We would sit around the stove and sing the theme to Jeremiah Johnson over and over....Drove the rest of the deer camp nuts....Not the first twenty times but after...

"Jeremiah Johnson, made he's way up to the mountains...Bentting on forgetting all the troubles he has seen..."

P.S. Tell dad my wife got her ancestry DNA back and she's 16 % Native.....I finally got me an Injun bride some 21 years after I married her.....:)
