    I didn't go back and look through the entire thread and don't know if this has been discussed.

    This thread is typically created to discuss the year’s Indiana legislative session. It’s not exclusive though. I do believe this topic has had its own thread when it was introduced a couple weeks ago.

    SCOTUS ducks gun issue in NY case, but at least this time leaves behind a unanimous per curiam opinion memorializing that NYC admitted defeat. If what you wanted was a "Heller, but we mean it" opinion, that should do

    They should have continued, and stated that restitution should be administered for previous violations.
    But I don't think The Court does that type of thing.
