I’m not disappointed in the pick. The timing makes me uneasy but there’s nothing in the Constitution that says a President can’t nominate a Supreme Court justice just because it’s an election year. The Democrats would’ve done the exact same thing had the roles been reversed.

The Democrats have set this years vote to end up in the Sup. Ct. Due to the mail in ballots. I do not trust Roberts.
