That think looks absolutely terrible!
I've seen a couple two tone Silverado's that were painted like they would have been in the 70's and 80's. They didn't change the body on them though.

I like the idea and wish I had enough money to throw away like that. Still, I do appreciate people who customize the normal through retro even if it is not 100% authentic.

At least he will never come up to an intersection and see another one on each corner.
