Any idea who in GA reloaded this loaded this ammo? Is it loaded to M193 specs?

Sorry I have no idea. All I know is that I shot it out of my LWRC and a buddy shot some out of his DPMS with no problems. Going on a cruise next month and need some momma money. I won't go lower than $275.00 per 1000rds and will just keep it if I dont have any takers shortly.
