30-30 zero recommendation

I just picked up a newer Marlin 336 (sigh, not JM) but am excited to deer hunt with it this year. Opted for a 2-7 power Nikon scope and zeroed just an inch high at 50 yds. Thanks for this thread.... good input on here

I set my woods guns dead on at 75.
Scopes mounted low.
Recheck at 25, 50 and 100.
