He does,...watched it earlier. But he doesn't have access to the cartridge and hasn't fired it so it's more theoretical than practical. And I think he rates it much too close to the .380 rather than the 9mmP where it probably belongs. And 30 Super Carry is not a rimless version of the .32 H&R Magnum,......100gr/1250fps vs 80gr/1150fps. That's quite an advantage for the SC.
I still think it compares well to the standard 9mm loadings but you don't have the option of +P since it's already at +P levels. The advantage it has over the 9mm is simply the +3 capacity and the fact that 'right now' the 30 Super Carry chambering is much cheaper feature for feature than the 9mm. At least with the Shield Plus, identical guns are $150 apart and were $200 apart while the rebate was in effect.
