300 blackout

For ones who have this round, how do you think it would do in a single shot rifle. Threaded on the end for my gemtech Multimount. 1-7 twist with 16" barrel.

I think with the right ammo you'd have a damn near silent round.

I put IndyMonkey's YHM Ti can on my 16" upper and shot subsonic rounds and the sound of the recoil spring cycling was louder than the shot.

There is a member video of someone shooting a savage in 300BLK with a can and you can't hear anything except the round slapping something solid.

That would be wildly quiet. Even semi setups are really quiet compared to anything supersonic.
