We're good!
Although I couldn't see any sign of blockage through the gas system ( used the scientific method of blowing through the gas tube ), I removed the gas block and measured the port. Looked to be large enough at .088. I then re-assembled everything. Ghost Rifles recommended Sellier & Bellot subsonics and a 3 oz. buffer. My buffer was 3 oz., so I ordered a couple of boxes of the S&Bs for testing. I cleaned the crap out of the chamber as well replaced the NEMO buffer spring with the original. Off to the range!
The first mag of the S&B went through fine. Then the next. And the next.
I switched mags to some of the brands that were not feeding/extracting. No problems there either. Supersonics ran fine. Subsonics ran fine. The only issue now is the bolt failed to lock back on some subsonic mags. I can live with that for now. Now time to look for a new can!
I suspect the main problem was either a mis-aligned gas block, or hidden crap behind the lugs in the chamber that were binding things up.
Thanks all for the suggestions!
