I'm interested in buying a scout style rifle in .308.
The Ruger or Savage retail scout builds would be just fine, and I'd consider a Steyr depending on the price. I'd also be willing to consider a custom build if it fits most of the scout rifle criteria (lightweight, bolt action, detachable magazine)
Optics aren't necessary so long as it has iron sights.
I'd prefer in the Indianapolis area but I'm willing to travel a bit for the right deal. Please let me know if you have anything you'd be interested in selling.
