I got 2 new mags for my S&W BG380 today. So I now have a total of 3.
When they are loaded. 1 of them fits in the gun great, 1 fits decent, 1 won't fit.
The one that fits the best has the least tension in the spring. The one that won't fit has the most tension.
The round on top sticks out/up further on the mag that won't fit than it does on the mag that does fit.

    Solutions? Please and thanks.

Sounds like you need to leave the mag loaded for a bit, as well as use it at the range a few times to cycle rounds through it and to compress the spring just a bit. After that it should fit more easily. I suspect it works fine if you load the mag with an open slide and then strip the first round off the mag by using the slide release.

Of course the other option is to load it a round short for a bit, or rap the bottom of the mag with the palm of your hand as you load it.
