I am still learning a lot every event, and have a long ways to go before I am competitive, but it is a heck of a lot of fun. Any comments/criticism are welcome and encouraged. Tear my technique apart, I can only learn and get better. A simple "you suck" is fine as well, although, I already know that.

If you're interested in using video to diagnose and improve your performance, I recommend having someone else hold the camera so the video shows what you are actually doing and how you are moving. POV video is fun, but in my opinion it's limited in what it can show someone else who is trying to help you.
