4-H Shooting Sports

Is any one involved in the 4-H shooting sports as in being an instructor? I was at Camp Perry this year for the CMP Rimfire Sporter Match and there where a lot of 4-H kids there. They let me know that I need to go attend a 4-H shooting program. A lot of those 4-H kids where really making me look bad. Can a 60 year old classic teenager join 4-H and learn how to shoot?

Not sure about joining. But if you contact your local Extension Educator, they may be looking for an instructor. I went through the certification process years ago. Basically you take the courses and become an NRA rifle instructor.

I am going to go to one this fall with my son.
