I only get delayed when it is absolutely the most inconvenient thing that can happen. I've been delayed at the 1500 on two separate occasions, both times trying to buy a gun from shops up north roughly 4-5 hours away. I've been delayed at Bradis which is 1.5 hours away and delayed at Bite the Bullet which is an roughly the same distance. But, it rarely seems to happen at any of my local shops. Obviously the federal government has it out for me.
