Hemicharger beat me to it, 5.0 grains Bullseye and a 230 fmj. I also like 6.0 grains Unique with a 230 fmj. Both shoot very accurate in my Glocks and my 1911s.

4.3 to 4.5 grains of red dot, 230 grain lead is my go to target load extremely accurate for me and very economical....cheap seems
like this 8 pound jug has lasted forever.

I use 4 grains of clays behind a 230 grain lead round nose, clean burning and accurate.
