Cheeze-its - bright orange and just the right size, a ton in a single box, and birds will love you forever.

Just have aluminum cans that you can fill with water, fun to shoot anytime and with any caliber!

I've shot poker chips too, actually have about 300 still here from a bargin bin at walmart for $1 per 100! Poker chips and cards would be a nice combo.

Bunnies. Also challenging, colorful, and biodegradable. You can get them from the 4H kids that raise them.

Marshmallow bunnies! Get them before they get you!

Suckers, especially dum-dum suckers. Just pull them out of the bag and stick them in the ground. Ready to go. Plus you can shoot the bees and other bugs that come to eat off them later.
Also ketchup packets are pretty fun reactive target. Either fold them over or twist one end and then tape to a target!!!
