    A holler in Kentucky
I don't know if Laurel is the right town but a guy I worked with in the Connorsville area said he and a buddy stopped at a tavern after hunting one day. When they opened the door to walk in all noise stopped and everyone turned around to see who they were. It creeped him out so they just backed out and got the h*** out of there.
:laugh:I went in a place like that in Harrison or Crawford Co. many years ago to buy a sixpack, or maybe 12. The old geezer behind the bar tried to short change me, and when I pointed it out to him, he very disgustedly threw the rest of my money at me. Me and my buddy had been shooting all day, and I knew there were plenty of weapons in the truck, but man, it seemed like that parking lot was two miles wide when I was headed out that door.

I got my beer and my money though.:yesway:
