    This country functioned just fine with out them. What have they done to improve our country. What do they do that someone else could not do.

    If they do stay around. Then they should not be able to set and regulations. The only thing they should be able to do is enforce laws.

    We need to get rid of or limit the power of all of the agencies that set regulations.
