So I have a friend who I've been shooting precision with who got into the 6.5 game earlier this year with an RPR. His current load is of course using H4350 under a 140gr Berger Hybrid. However, with the recent 6.5 CM craze going on and people getting into that cartridge, H4350 is getting really hard to come by. I've searched and searched online and can't find anybody using another powder with good results. So here is a last ditch effort for recommendations from anyone reloading this great round with something other than H4350.

I was at Bobcat Armament a few weeks ago, and he had a few kegs of 4350. I didnt buy any because I still have plenty, but you should probably give him a call.

IMR4451 is a popular alternative to H4350, but if one wants to run 123s, Varget works very well.

Shooters Supply in Louisville also has 8lb kegs of H4350, but that ain't very convenient to Muncie.
