I love mine. If you have the coin and the patience, a Satern barrel is the way to go.

    ooooh snap!

Now. Now. Dont read into it like that. I just get tired of reading his posts bashing the 6.8. It wasnt developed to be a long distance round. It was developed for use in SBR length weapons since the 5.56 has a tendency to perform "less than optimally" in SBR length. I think the 6.5 sounds like it is a awesome long range round but I have no use for it at the moment.

Thats not the approach I used and didnt suggest the forums to you. If you want manufacturers info, I could give that to you. You might have to read it and apply the info instead of being "spoon fed." Now I know why so many people get so "biased."
I dont want ANYONE to start shooting 6.8 or to convert anyone to the round. Educate yourself and be honest with the type of shooting you will do. I am honest with myself and the 6.8 fills my needs.
I believe you guys prefer the 6.5 and I have heard good things about it. I just wouldnt refer to "outdated" info to try to make something I like sound superior. Then again, I am not trying to "Jim Jones" anyone either.

Because I have seen the previous posts that people have made regarding their affinity towards the 6.5 and this is an "6.5" posting also. I dont expect to find anyone one touting the 6.8 but didnt expect anyone to "bash" it in an unrelated thread.
