On the N frame they make a 327 PC which has a 2 inch barrel and 8 rounds, plus it takes moon clips... I think there is a 2.5 inch night Guard in a 8 shot but it doesn't take the clips... I wish I could find a 8 3/4 inch 686 with the 6 shot cylinder....

I only want a set of original grips for mine.

Nice! I don't see too many of those around.

And if I may be so bold, this pic would make a much better, and more appropriate, avatar than the bottom feeder you've got going there:D

Please just don't put it in the classifieds- I can't take much more.

OK now I'm slobbering all over another keyboard...

686 shooter, pm me if you would like to come out to one of my Gunbunnies poster shoots and of course bring your 686 beauty to be used in a poster shot with one of the Gunbunnies models... You have a beautiful specimen there of one fine S&W revolver...

The 686 stainless and the 586 blued are great guns. Beautiful and reliable, and make great target pistols
