Thanks for the leads. How about something cheaper that is NOT corrosive?
I don't think I'll find something cheaper than corrosive so maybe a bit more expensive is OK for non-corrosive. Not sure I really want corrosive.

Good deal (upfront) but when you add in the shipping it's not so good anymore. $36 in shipping to NWI so it comes out to $216.00 $8 more than the first link.

Found this one (NON-CORROSIVE) for.19 a round with FREE shipping!
    7.62x39 FMJ 122gr 1,000rds
    1,000 rounds @ 199.99

That **might** be the winner. :dunno:

FYI that $199.99 is really $205.99 as they charge a 3% fee for credit cards. The prices on the website are CASH/CHECK only.

    That's my theory Clay.
And yes Sparky a garden hose works wonders.
Have some Yugo from Aim but we were there to pick it up.
Bought a bunch of Ulyanvich (sp) from Centerfire and it seems to be pretty decent plinking ammo.
The Uly .223 is pretty good stuff too btw.

I started to buy a big bunch of ammo at the 1500 once but decided not to when I thought of what would be involved in getting it to the truck.
I can't imagine having to make my way thru the crowd with a heavily loaded 2-wheel dolly.
People do it, but I don't think I want to.

Dunham's has Yugo 7.62x39 15 Rds. for $3.69 box it was in Sunday's paper brass case, yes it is corrosive. I purchased some, have not tried it yet, may be today.

Ouch that is a little expensive at .26 cents per round.

Non-corrosive and shipping is flat rate $10 on every order:
    Cope's Distributing

Thanks this comes out to .21 cents per round.

    ---
Looks like for the non-corrosive the cheapest is .19/.20 cents per round from that site that sells $199.99 with free shipping for CASH/Check orders or $205 for CC orderes. For the corrosive stuff looks like the .18 cent per round is the cheapest.

Think I'll go with the $199.99 free shipping route and get the non-corrosive stuff.
