7.62X54 ammo ?

Since buying my Mosin ,I have been on the search for decent prices for available ammo. $4.99 for 20 at Columbus Pawn seems like the best so far(for small quantities). Now I feel dumb for paying $6.99 for the same at another gun shop. Has anyone found similar prices or better on cheap,corrosive ammo? I may have to go ahead and order online-even though shipping is high.I found one website with an actual"sale"-2 spam cans(880 rds) for $136 +25 shipping. Any help appreciated.

That's about as good as it gets for a single pack or 2 pack. Every once in a while there will be a better deal in the classifieds though.

The 1500 will have 440 rd. cans for 79.

Do you know who will be selling these?Might be worth the trip...

If your going to buy a can at the show, be sure to bring a pack mule to haul it around for you or buy it at the end of your visit. They are pretty freaking heavy.

Have you not searched out the surplus ammo online?
