I took two lactaid tabs and ate a handful of sour cream and onion chips the other day and suffered all night and until noon the next day.

When mine kicked in I had eaten a piece of DQ icecream cake and on week 3 finally got into the Dr still hurting.
Even went to a specialist. After the 3rd time I figured it out on my own. Usually 2 lactaid take care of me. I prefer the chewable vanilla flavored ones.
