Free to a good home. I got this as part of the deal when I bought a new '93 K1500 and kept it when I traded in for a '95 K1500. Sold that truck back in 2006 to a little old lady (really!) who had no use for the service manual. My 2005 Silverado is different enough that I no longer need this manual, so if anyone out there can use it, it's yours for the taking. It'd be useful for a few years before and after '93 trucks. It's three large books and probably weigh 7-8lbs. To ship it somewhere would probably be $10-15 give or take.
I'm near Bedford, go up to Bloomington once or twice a week, and can get it to the Indy folks on occasion. I'm not going out of my way to get it to someone for free, but if it's convenient to me then I don't mind meeting up.
