I think I'm right at $11.50 per 100rds. Acme bullet company, used brass (free), and I buy powder in 4# jugs. Adding new brass augments that significantly. But, 10 reloads per case and it's only a few cents per.

My number one reason to load my own is to have a load that I like and my gun likes. I load lighter loads than factory for target practice.
My number two reason to load is that I enjoy the process.
My number three reason to load is to save money.

I was using FMJ projectiles and recently purchased a large amount of coated rounds so I don't know my cost per round that this point.

Same here. It’s gun stuff that I can do in my basement. I find it challenging and relaxing all at the same time. I’m 100% sure that any savings I realize will be quickly offset with shooting more. Win either way!

My main problems reloading: Ranges around here are not allowing hand loads. I don't have a chrono for working up new loads (have 10 .300ACC that I need to shoot and measure before I load more). I don't have a range where I can setup a chrono even if I had one. There's a lot more too it than just the act of reloading.
