Allen, just wanted to say thanks again, I couldn't be more pleased with the results and wanted to show off your fine work.

I just completed a HK USC to UMP conversion. I've always wanted one, but they are generally really expensive, and I thought I'd never be able to afford one. About a year and a half ago I found a good deal on the USC and most of the parts for the conversion and picked it up.

The only part of the conversion i couldn't do was milling the cooling slots in the upper. After seeing the mill work that Allen has done on the Glock slides, I knew I'd found my smith for the project.

I have been wanting one of those conversions for a LOOONG time now as well... Just cant justify the money.

Allen you should post the pics you found on line of "how not to do it". When I saw those, I couldn't decide whether to laugh or cry.
